Never Too Busy

I just thought I should take out time to give an unsolicited “thank you” for your services during my protracted mortgage process. You were never too busy to respond to my numerous e-mails, including when you were on a holiday. Being an expat didn’t make the process easier, and it’s fair to conclude that the mortgage may not have been approved if not for your diligence in sifting through numerous “messy” financial documents to put forward a presentable case to the lender.

It goes without saying that your number will be the first to ring when I need another mortgage.
