Utterly Reliable

I encountered Michael via a cold call he made several years ago by telephone. In 2023, out of three possible brokers, I decided to go with him for an expat mortgage on a property in Stafford in 2023.
He successfully organised a mortgage for me, but I decided not to proceed for several reasons. Michael then kindly informed me that he would happily organise a mortgage for me in future without requiring me to pay his broker’s fee again.
From August 2024 to April 2025, I was busily looking at several properties in North East England. Eventually I found a house in Mansfield which I bid for via MMA (Modern Method of Auction) and won! But this meant that I had to get a mortgage sorted quickly. Michael explained how challenging the time frame was, but managed to do so, despite several hurdles including:- persuading the building society to accept the tenancy agreement, getting the building society to accept proof of id and proof of address, and finding a reliable, efficient solicitor. Michael was always positive, helpful and supportive. He also recommended a knowledgeable tax accountant at a later stage.
Above all, Michael is friendly, utterly reliable, and responds very quickly to emails, telephone messages and texts. In fact his customer service is second to none! I thoroughly recommend Michael!
